The Challenge: A 42km journey awaits on the Nordic Trainer, designed for both teams and individuals. Whether you're aiming for a personal best or looking to enjoy the day with friends, it's about pushing your limits and celebrating fitness together.

Nordic Sauna Club

Nordic Sauna Club is a members-only sauna club in the heart of Nordhavn, Copenhagen, just 15 meters from the soon-to-come waterline in Kronløbsøen. This tight-knit community, an extension of Nordic Strong, offers a spacious sauna accommodating up to 18 people at a time.

With the option for add on weekly saunagus sessions and included towel service, it's the ideal place for relaxation, camaraderie, and connecting with like-minded individuals. Complete with showers and a bathroom, be sure to sign up.

The Nordic Trainer is a multi-functional fitness machine designed for a full-body, low impact workout encompassing cardio, endurance, strength, balance, and stability training. It seamlessly blends the motions of cross-country skiing with Pilates movements, providing the benefits of improved cardiovascular endurance (Vo2 Max) akin to cross-country skiers while promoting the lean and toned physique associated with Pilates enthusiasts.
